面向中國內地法律本科畢業生及執業律師

SCBD 國際商業與商事法 LLM 銜接通道，面向已在中國內地完成法律本科教育，並具備法律實務經驗的律師、企業法務、合規及商務法律專業人士。

課程採用全網上、18個月兼讀制學習模式。學員將先完成 Level 7 Diploma 階段的專業課程，再銜接英國大學的 LLM dissertation top-up，完成研究論文後取得國際商業與商事法相關的英國法學碩士學位。

SCBD’s LLM Pathway in International Business and Commercial Law is designed for law graduates and practising legal professionals in Mainland China, including lawyers, in-house counsel, compliance professionals and commercial legal advisers.

​

Delivered through a fully online, 18-month part-time format, the pathway combines a Level 7 Diploma with an LLM dissertation top-up at a UK university. After completing the taught stage and the final dissertation, participants can obtain a UK master’s degree in international business and commercial law or a related field.
