The Integrated Innovation Growth Program is a cross-disciplinary enhancement platform for grades 9-12, integrating engineering practice, design thinking, and business strategy into a single training system focused on EPQ research project guidance, competition-level portfolio development, and study-abroad planning. Students gain comprehensive experience through real-world projects like sustainable smart hardware development, receiving end-to-end training from conceptualization to commercial implementation to produce tangible academic outputs like technical prototypes, design portfolios, and business plans, culminating in recommendation letters from top university professors. Its core framework systematically cultivates expertise across Engineering (E), Design (D), and Business (B) domains, supported by elite mentors including Cambridge/Imperial professors and industry professionals like Dyson engineers. The program directly addresses pathways to prestigious global universities such as Penn's Integrated Product Design, Carnegie Mellon's Integrated Innovation, and Stanford's Design Impact, explicitly leveraging their unique interdisciplinary strengths and industry connections, providing students with a holistic, result-oriented preparation for success in competitive academic and innovation landscapes.
