SCBD 英國法律學位銜接通道，專為已在中國內地完成法律本科教育，並希望拓展國際法律、跨境商務及海外業務能力的法律從業者而設計。

課程採用「一年中國境內網上學習 + 一年英國 LLB Top-Up 學習」的靈活模式。學員可先在國內完成前期課程，在保持工作及執業安排的同時，逐步建立英國法律、普通法制度、國際商法及跨境法律實務的知識基礎；其後前往英國完成 LLB Top-Up 課程，取得由英國大學頒授的法律學士學位。

SCBD’s UK LLB Top-Up Pathway is designed for law graduates and practising legal professionals in Mainland China who wish to strengthen their knowledge of international law, cross-border business and global legal practice.

​

The pathway follows a flexible structure of one year of online study in China followed by one year of LLB Top-Up study in the United Kingdom. Participants can complete the initial stage while continuing their professional practice, before progressing to a UK university to complete an LLB degree.

A UK LLB provides structured exposure to the common law system, case analysis, legal reasoning and commercially focused legal education. For lawyers already trained in Chinese law, it offers an opportunity to develop comparative legal knowledge rather than repeat their previous studies.

This broader legal perspective can support work involving international contracts, cross-border transactions, corporate governance, dispute resolution, investment and commercial risk management.

SCBD 將為學員提供學術規劃、英國法律學習支持、升學申請指導及英國學習過渡支持，協助學員逐步完成由中國法律背景向國際法律教育的銜接。

The first-year online format is designed to accommodate the professional commitments of practising lawyers, in-house legal advisers, compliance professionals and other legal practitioners.

SCBD provides academic planning, learning support, progression guidance and preparation for study in the United Kingdom, helping participants make a structured transition from Chinese legal education to an international law degree pathway.

本課程屬於學術學位銜接通道。取得英國 LLB 並不等同於自動取得英國律師或大律師執業資格，相關專業資格須按照英國監管機構的要求另行申請及完成。

This is an academic degree progression pathway. Completion of a UK LLB does not automatically confer qualification as a solicitor or barrister in the United Kingdom. Professional qualification requirements must be completed separately in accordance with the relevant regulatory bodies.
